Business Challenge

Vigilant developed sites and processes in Microsoft SharePoint Online that were made available to everyone in the organization through team sites that are specifically designed for each of the individual department members.

Using a 3rd party forms tool, Vigilant created 62 electronic forms, merging similar paper forms into a single electronic form. Power Automate was used for process flow improvement and form approval for each individual form. 3rd party connectors were used to create different document types.
