Chick-fil-A is a Georgia headquartered fast food restaurant chain with more than 3,000 restaurants across 48 states. They were founded in 1946.

Business Challenge

Chick-Fil-A was looking to migrate their automated financial processes from Blue Prism to Microsoft Power Automate before expiration of their current contract to avoid renewing for an additional three years. They wanted a partner who could help them complete the migration of over 40 processes within a very short timeframe.

Solution

Vigilant was selected to help:

Assess, plan, and build the migration roadmap
Set up the Power Automate environment (licensing, etc.)
Document and map the existing Blue Prism processes
Recreate the Blue Prism processes in Power Automate
Migrate the necessary data to Power Automate.
Establish a support system to address issues
Determine APIs and/or Scripts needed and available
Migrate processes to Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud.

Will eliminate high cost of Blue Prism License Fees
Reduce the overall cost of the automation initiatives
Seamlessly integrate with other Microsoft technologies for a more complete end-to end-solution
